Production order report image


The task was to prepare a production order report for a manufacturing company. The report had to contain the necessary materials and the list of operation plans, the input quantity, the data of the manufactured product. It was necessary to ensure that the operators manually they can register the production data on the printed production order. To speed up data capture for some data a barcode had to be ordered.

Transfer order order report picture


The print image of the transfer order had to be formatted so that the data of the sending and receiving warehouses were in the header of the document the identifier of the articles being handed over had to be provided with a barcode. The articles have been placed in a list that includes the transfer basic order data. It was also necessary to ensure that the sender and recipient could sign the printed document.

Production order statistics


This is an excel-based report that displays the material consumption statistics of closed production orders for a given period. the report prepares a statement for value and quantity, which contains how much of the given material is according to the bill of materials usage and how much is the actual usage. There is another part of this report that summarizes the capacity data in a similar way.

Delivery note, invoice


Report image of the invoices and delivery notes of the delivered products.

Purchase order


The task was to create the format used for purchase orders.

List of orders with changed delivery date


The report lists the sales order lines for which the delivery date has changed.

Daily delivery summary


The report summarizes the sales for the given day, includes order numbers, delivery note numbers, box quantities, weights and the usual data.

Capacity item report


The report summarizes the performance of the employees for a given period.

Production order summary report


The purpose of the report is to enable the data recorder to check the correctness of the usage and capacity items before closing the production orders. I solved this with comparison tables (planned value vs. actual value) with lots of visual highlights.

Custom list view pages


The advantage of individual list view pages is that if I filter the related table on the page according to the needs, it results in a unique list. Another advantage is that different calculated values and data can be added to the list using other tables. Such data can be for example, in the case of sales orders, the lead time of the order compared to the request / confirmation, the age of the order in weeks, etc. More than 10 I made such a list.

Quotation maker


With the help of the app, price offers can be prepared in such a way that it is not necessary to register in advance the articles / actions that are not included in the system. The parts list and the operation plan can be handled separately in it, in which individual production data can be entered. If we work with an existing article / operation, then it is data is imported by the system, if not, it is possible to enter the costs. In this case, it is necessary to think about the offers of a new product of a production plant. Main functions of the app:

Sample Request


The app can be used to register sample production. The relevant employee can compile the operation plans / bill of materials for the samples. Likewise as in the case of the offer maker app, it is not necessary to register the actions/materials used in the system. Statuses are assigned to registered samples a system :

The system can also register the arrival date of the required raw material, and the production planner can confirm the expected completion date. The status is automatically changed according to the level of readiness. The app includes a cost summary and the expected sales value can also be recorded. Production Plan


The customer's production planning system was designed in Excel with an ODBC ERP connection. The purpose of the app is to digitize these documents and significantly reduce administration time. The app with its introduction, the control of the material available for the compiled production plan, the calculation of the manpower requirement and the calculation of the loads of the machine group were significantly reduced. A compact became available report on the current state of the production plan and the staffing needs per machine group, significantly reducing the planner's administration time. The possibility of making mistakes is also reduced, since it is in Excel it could have happened at any time that you copied something to the wrong place, the formulas were wrong or you just forgot to update ODBC. It is also possible to design individual productions. THE With the sample production app, these individual productions can be integrated into the plan along with capacity and material requirements.
Main functions:
  • Putting sales orders for the specified period into the plan using a standard dialog
  • After entering the parameters, the system creates the planning master data file, which calculates the data required for production planning, these are the following without claiming to be complete: planned, calculation of sales prices for completed and remaining quantities, calculation of total operation time, determination of special raw material flag status (boolean value), standard costs determination, calculation of profit, calculation of the cost of raw materials required for the product, determination of the planned time requirement for each type of machine group.
