Introduction
Dear Visitor,
Allow me to elaborate on my extensive experience and achievements with Business Central ERP. In 2022, I was one of
the lucky ones who could enter the world of ERP, when at my workplace we decided to upgrade the existing NAV2009
system to the Business Central system. We successfully completed the nearly 1-year implementation process, and the
go-live date was in the spring of 2023, during which I assumed a key role as project manager.
My results and responsibilities were as follows:
Contact and Coordination:
- I successfully managed the relationship with the system distributor and key users.
- I coordinated the project participants for a successful go-live.
Documentation and Control:
- I prepared the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) documentation.
- I checked and tested the scheduled tasks, ensuring a smooth rollout.
Education and Team Management:
- I actively participated in the training organized by the distributors.
- I trained and supported the development of my own team.
Project and Budget:
- I have successfully controlled and tracked the project budget.
- I monitored the completion certificates during the project.
Development and Innovation:
- I was extremely effective in developing the production part of Business Central.
- I developed 30 reports, 14 unique list views, and 5 applications, including production orders, delivery notes,
open order summaries, capacity item reports, etc.

Based on these results, in my current position I deal with the production part of the Business Central system. I
continuously exploit the wide possibilities of the system and promote efficient operation with my expertise.
