The app records sample production, and the person in charge puts together the sample's routing and bill of materials without registering the operations and materials in advance.

Sample production consumes resources and material, so if it runs outside the system, the production planner cannot see it and sales cannot say when it will be ready.

The app records the sample request in Business Central with its own routing and bill of materials, and advances its status automatically as the work progresses.

From the sample requests scheduled into production the app creates a production order, which also enters the Production plan app, and sets the sample to "completed" once the full quantity is finished.

  The app summarises the cost of the sample, and the expected sales value can also be recorded.

• Production order creation

  From the sample requests scheduled into production, the app creates the production orders, which also enter the production plan.

• Documents for the sample

  Drawings and other related documents can be uploaded.
